1. Do you make other size chains? 

MURRAY+MONA necklaces currently come in a 20 inch chain. But we are working on more sizes ranging from 12 inches all the way up to 24 inches.

2. How durable is the coin holder? 

MURRAY+MONA necklaces are made from strong stainless steel and a 18k gold plating finish. Each coin holder is custom-made and handcrafted by our team. The hinge will last a lifetime. Please make sure to be careful when taking out your current coin and adding in your new one.

3. Can I change my shipping address?

Our warehouse works as fast as possible to get you your jewelry. Many of the orders will be processed within hours after you place the order. We are unable to make any changes once an order begins processing. But not to worry, we accept returns and exchanges at any time. Just email our support team here - support@murrayandmona.com.

4. This is a gift, can you make sure to exclude the price?

Yes! The pricing and billing info are not included in packages. Please be sure to put your name in the gift message box (on the shopping cart page), so the recipient will know that the gift is from you.

5. Do you make custom necklaces?

Great question! Currently, we just make the words you see in our store. But our design team is working on custom words soon! If you have any new ideas of words that you'd like to see, please email our support team here - support@murrayandmona.com.

6. How long does shipping take? 

Every order ships from our U.S. warehouse and features hassle-free returns.We offer FREE standard U.S. shipping for orders over $65. Standard US shipping is $5 and takes 5-7 business days. Express US shipping is $15 and takes 2-3 business days.

7. Do you ship internationally?  

Yes! International shipping is $15 and takes 5-7 business days.

10. Do you charge sales tax?

Our company is registered and located in California, so we only charge sales tax on orders that ship to a California address. Sales tax is automatically calculated by our shopping cart provider based on recipient's zip code.

11. What currencies do you accept?

All payments are in US Dollars.
