But how did this company get started? 

In 2019, our founder, Sam, was suffering from severe anxiety and depression. After trying everything, he discovered his answer. It was one simple practice that helped him get through these debilitating thoughts.

What was it?

Daily meditation practice. In his practice, he would chant a mantra to focus on 1 word for that day. Words like hope, surrender, and love. It was these words that helped him not only survive, but thrive.

Inspired by this experience, he created MURRAY+MONA.
